If you have a complaint or issue that needs resolution, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Here are the steps we recommend:

- You can also contact Rutvik Doshi at rutvik@atheravp.com . He will be happy to assist you.
- If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a grievance with SEBI at http://scores.gov.in or write to any SEBI office. SEBI’s toll-free helpline is 1800 22 7575/ 1800 266 7575.
- If the issue remains unresolved after contacting SCORES, you can use the ODR portal at https://smartodr.in/login to initiate dispute resolution.
Please note that ODR may not be possible if:
- The complaint or grievance is not raised with the compliance officer first and subsequently on the SCORES portal.
- Dispute raised is pending before any arbitral process or court or tribunal.
- Dispute is non arbitrable in terms of Indian Law.
- Dispute is time barred in terms of law of limitation.

If an investor is not satisfied with the response from the Complaint Redressal Officer, they may escalate the matter to the designated Complaint Redressal Appellate Officer, Mr. Parag Dhol at compliance@atheravp.com
